You may need to see a doctor who does not speak your language and does not have a translator. If you need a translator, connect with us at contact@healthynwa.org.
Appointments
To make an appointment, call the clinic and tell them you would like to make an appointment. Before you call make sure you have information about:
- Your previous visits at the clinic, if any
- Your insurance card
- Your health problems
If they do not have an appointment available, you will be put on a “cancellation list.” If another patient cancels, they will call you to see if you are available.
Get Help with Emotional Wellness
Emotional wellness is your ability to handle stress and challenging times. Everyone needs to work on their emotional wellness. Even if you feel good, you can do things to maintain your wellness. Below are organizations and services to help you:
ARConnectNow is a free, online emotional wellness and substance abuse program. It is available if you are in Arkansas. Services are available for patients who speak Spanish or Marshallese. You do not need a referral or health insurance. Contact AR ConnectNow:

Arkansas Department of Human Services has a list of therapists on their website.
Ozark Guidance offers therapy, medicine management, and substance abuse treatment for adults as well as therapy for children and teens. Services are available to patients who speak Spanish or Marshallese. They have 2 locations:
